Project MJS accepts eligible returns within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Returns must be authorized by Project MJS Client Services before shipment.
Pre-orders
Pre-order purchases reserve a production allocation and are charged when the order is placed. A pre-order may be canceled for a full refund before fulfillment begins. If a material delay affects the fulfillment window, Project MJS will provide an update and any cancellation option required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Start a return
Email info@projectmjs.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If approved, Client Services will provide return instructions and the return destination.
